A: Yes — all covered units come with 110/220V power. Please note, 30A or 50A outlets are not available.
Q: Can I use the dump station if I’m not renting?
A: Yes — non-renters can use the dump station for a one-time $15 fee. Please contact the facility manager for gate access.
Q: What’s the clearance height?
A: All covered parking units exceed 14 feet in height. We also offer uncovered options if needed.
Q: Do you offer pull-through options?
A: Yes — some covered parking spaces have pull-through access with 30–50 foot aprons on each side, making it easy to park longer RVs or trailers.
Q: Are the units secure and monitored?
A: Yes — all units are within a gated facility with 24/7 video surveillance and well-lit areas for your peace of mind.
Q: Can I reserve a space online?
A: Absolutely — most units can be reserved online directly through our website. You can also call the facility to confirm availability.
Q: Are there any restrictions on RVs or boats?
A: We accommodate most RVs, boats, and trailers. Pull-through units are best for larger vehicles, and clearance heights exceed 14 feet. Contact us if your vehicle is unusually tall or wide.
